TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Location: 5/F Robinsons Cybergate, Don Gil Garcia St., Capitol Site, Cebu City, Cebu
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates with 1 year TSR or CSR experience are welcome to apply
- Must have good English communication skills
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
- Connect and communicate with clients using a chat portal or phone, recommending appropriate solutions based on the client’s description of their issue and their own diagnosis
- Dispatch jobs for fulfillment of the applicable services requested/required
- Provide scope of client issues, services to be performed, and any applicable information regarding the client and repair when dispatching
- Document all client connects in a customer relationship management system
