Is currently looking for:
  • Take charge in the submission and processing of employee benefits:
    • Medical and Dental benefits
    • SSS and Pag-ibig loan processing
    • Philhealth and SSS Maternity & Sickness Benefits
  • Submit monthly reports for the following:
    • SSS- collection list for loan payments
    • Pag-ibig- monthly collection list for premium & loan payments
    • Philhealth- RF1, monthly premium payments
  • Compile, copy, scan, sort and file records of Administrative/HR correspondences and transactions.
  • Maintain and update government remittances.
  • Process clearances for all government mandated licenses including SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth requirements
  • Facilitate and assist in organizing company activities (First Friday Mass, Family Day/ Summer Outing, and etc.)
  • Take charge in maintaining and updating bulletin board every month.
  • Facilitate and organize monthly 6S activity (office general cleaning)
  • Monitor, check, and file trip tickets Take charge, maintain and update daily prayer schedule
  • In charge of keeping and maintaining Administrative/ HR related archives. Assist company physician during monthly check-up in all branches (Region).
  • Timely gift-rendering for a birthday celebrants every month.
  • Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
