Terms of Reference
 
Job Title: Psychometrician (Recruitment)
           
Reports to: Head (Human Development - Business Processes)
 
Job Objective:
 
To assist HDBP Head in ensuring quality at entry during recruitment and selection process based on LBF’s set standards and culture as well as during promotional process by way of  developing, administering, evaluating, and interpreting test of the applicants/candidates to determine if they are fit to the job or in a certain position.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Develop tools and materials needed for testing that fit to LBF standards and culture. Conducts  item  and  test  analysis,  standard  setting,  score  reporting,  reliability  and  validity  studies  and  other  psychometric  activities. Coordinate with concerned Department Heads to improve current assessments. Provides interpretation of results to staff (if needed). Maintains database of the test result. Determine staff’s strength and weaknesses based on test assessment and recommend necessary actions for staff development. Prepares weekly/monthly reports as required by HDBP Head. Monitors trends on the job market and analyze the recruitment data available in the organization. Assist recruitment team to achieve expected goals. Introduce process improvement and recommends actions to be taken. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by HDBP Head.
 
Required Knowledge:
  • Good knowledge in Test administration, evaluation, and interpretation

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of  Psychology or related field Licensed Psychometrician
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience as a Psychometrician
