We are seeking an experienced TEAM LEADER for our Iloilo Site.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Effective coaching and development of team of 8-14 call center agents.
  • Monitors progress of team members and coaches them on improvement
  • Provides feedback and develops plans to drive individual and team performance
  • Handles customer escalations
  • Ability to use call center data and call observations to identify coaching plans for individuals and team
  • Supports the completion of on-going training and education for self and team
  • Communicates product updates through formal team meetings and huddles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a call center supervisor
  • Prior experience supporting U.S based wireless customers preferred
  • Must be passionate about developing agents to perform at the highest possible levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and train in a positive manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Proficient in desktop applications, Microsoft Word, Excel
