We are hiring for:
 
CALL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE I JOIN & BE PART OF THE LEADING BPO IN ILOILO CITY.  | UP TO PHP45K/MOS. PACKAGED
 
Responsibilities of a Call Support Associate:
  • Provide information for incoming customer queries.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Escalate issues concerning customer’s inquiries if necessary
To qualify:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any course.
  • Undergraduates are welcome as long as candidate has at least 6 months customer-facing experience (BPO or non-BPO)
  • Excellent English communications skills (oral and written) are required.
  • Applicant must be comfortable using computers and proficient with
  • Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
